Tri-Area Trucking School supports Truckers Against Trafficking

Truckers Against Trafficking (TAT) is a 501(c)3 that exists to educate, equip, empower and mobilize members of the trucking and travel plaza industry to combat domestic sex trafficking.

Partnering with law enforcement, government agencies, and corporate sponsors, TAT makes a difference in the industry by raising awareness about how to recognize human trafficking through programs such as the Freedom Drivers Project, a mobile exhibit that travels the country educating members of the trucking industry and general public about the realities of human trafficking.

“As the Director of Tri-Area Trucking School, I understand the need to educate our future drivers of this growing problem. Drivers are at the front line. We educate our students to observe and report, together we all can make a difference.” -Brad Peterson, Campus Director, Tri-Area Trucking School
